With the introduction of the all-new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica, drivers are getting a taste of what the future has to hold for family vehicles. The 2016 Chrysler Town & Country is a traditional van, that while looking great on the road, doesn't offer the same exciting appeal that you'll find on the new Pacifica.

Under the hood of the Pacifica and the Town & Country, you'll find a base 3.6-liter V-6 engine. While both vans offer around 285 horsepower, the Pacifica has a better fuel economy rating both in the city and on the highway. Any extra miles per gallon means saved money down the road. For the slightly increased horsepower that the Pacifica has to offer, and the slightly better fuel economy, it's definitely worth taking a test drive.

Looking to the interior, the Chrysler Town & Country has the benefit of slightly more cargo space with the rear seats folded down.
